Your shipment will be provisionally assigned to a future sailing, the booking will be allocated to the soonest vessel available once the documents are submitted to documentation@crowley.com, right after this you can deliver the unit to the terminal.

ELECTRIC / HYBRID VEHICLES:

• Crowley does not accept salvaged or damaged electric/hybrid vehicles for shipment on any vessel.
• Required: Please send us a dealer inspection report within 90 days from the date it was issued (for vehicles above 3000 miles) and verification that all vehicle recalls are up to date in case you haven’t sent them yet.
• Required: Battery charge enough to operate the vehicle.
• There is an additional electric / hybrid charge of $500 per unit.
• It is required to send these documents at the time of booking or as soon as possible, otherwise, the booking will remain in 'Pending' status and the vehicle will not be allowed to enter the terminal.

• Vessel, voyage, and dates related to your shipment are estimated and are not guaranteed as they may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• No personal items allowed inside vehicles.
• Please be advised that if one of the parties on the booking is not registered in our system, we will process the new party request, and your booking will be automatically activated afterwards.
